Welcome to Letters from the Countryside Story Collection, where every story unfolds through heartfelt letters delivered straight to your mailbox over 24 months. Each subscription includes one letter each month, from the character of your choice, and offers a unique glimpse into the serene, but simple life that captures the beauty and charm of everyday moments. These delightful letters connect you to a place where lessons are learned, hope is abounding and dreams are shared, one letter at a time. *2025 Subscribers receive 2 letters per month.

Of course! You may subscribe to as many stories as you'd like.

You may select your preferred subscription term, and by subscribing, you grant Letters from the Countryside permission to charge your card.

New subscribers will receive 1 letter each month for 24 months, resulting in a beautiful collection of 24 letters. Also included are items to make the letters more immersive.

Each letter is sent the old fashioned way, with a stamp, so it is not trackable. Please allow 2-8 weeks (domestic and international) to receive.

Each of the subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. For more information, see the "Can I cancel my subscription" FAQ below.

* 2025 subscribers will receive 2 letters each month for 12 months.

For my 2025 subscribers (all subscriptions purchased within 2025), the mail out schedule will be staying the exact same for you, and you will continue receiving two letters each month for the duration of your subscription, or until cancelled. Dates for 2025 can be found here and are colored in both Green and Pink.

For my new 2026 subscribers, after prayer, thoughtfulness and guidance, I have decided that in 2026, letters will be mailed out one time a month, extending the length of the full subscription to 24 months. You can find the mailing schedule here. Dates for 2026 subscriptions are colored in Pink.

How to Order

We are so excited to have you!

From your preferred story selection, choose your plan. Afterwards, fill out the form at checkout, which allows us to know where and to whom you would like your subscription to go. Add your billing information and after you have completed your purchase, check your email for the confirmation.

Please note that you do have to check out separately for each subscription, in order for us to keep things nice and organized and ensure that your subscription(s) are logged correctly.

After choosing your story, please go to your cart, and enter your recipient’s name and shipping address. This way, their letters will be sent directly to them.

If you want to purchase multiple subscriptions for recipients at different addresses, please kindly complete the order for the first recipient, then place a new order for each subsequent recipient.

After you have added their address, please add your billing information.

After your purchase is complete, we will send a confirmation email for your records.

Oh no! I am sorry to hear that! Because we mail letters the old fashioned way, with a stamp through USPS, we aren't able to track the letters, but, please do be patient. Letters can take up to 2 weeks to receive within the US and up to 8 weeks internationally. If you feel your letter is missing, and it has not reached you by the 15th day of our mailing schedule, please reach out using the "Contact Us" tab, and I will happily replace your letter, free of charge. Please use the subject line: "PLEASE HELP! MISSING LETTER"

If your letter is damaged, please reach out to me, using the "Contact Us" tab, and we will gladly send you another letter ASAP. My heart's desire is that this subscription is a blessing to you. Please use the subject line: "PLEASE HELP! DAMAGED LETTER"

This is a great question. Unfortunately, we would need to start the letters over from the beginning, as we have no way to prorate the subscription, besides, it would become too confusing and we want to make sure that everything works like clockwork for you!

You may change from monthly to annually by cancelling your current monthly subscription and checking out from there. You may start over with the same character or switch to a new character, but the letters must start from the beginning.

Shipping

Letters are mailed on the 4th Monday of the month, unless mail day falls on a holiday, in which the letter will then be sent the next day. Please find our mailing schedule HERE and allow up to 2 weeks for delivery within the US and up to 8 weeks for delivery for international. Since international mail typically goes through several customs procedures, delivery times can vary. These differences depend on factors like your country's postal system, customs processing times, holidays, and the overall volume of mail.

For products other than letters, you will receive a tracking number that will let you know when your order will arrive.

*2025 Subscribers' letters are mailed out on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month.

Thank you for asking! In regards to a letter subscription, since we send out our letters using the old fashioned snail mail, so we do not have access to tracking. We have found it very helpful to sign up for a free service, Informed Delivery, found on the USPS website. USPS will notify you each day, through email, regarding the mail you will be receiving for that day.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for international mail.

For products other than letters, we will send a tracking number for your order.

Great question! Changes may be made to your address with one simple step! All you need to do is reach out to me by visiting the "Contact Us" tab and use the subject line: "PLEASE HELP CHANGE OF ADDRESS", and send me your new address and I will take care of the rest!

Please note: it is the responsibility of the customer to keep their address updated. As a courtesy, I will resend any letters that have been sent to an old address, to the new address up to one month back, (one letter).

Please do not change your address without contacting me.

If you happened to mistype the receiving address and I send letters to that address, you may reach out to me regarding the mistake. However, you must reach out within 30 days of the start of your subscription otherwise, I will not be able to help. As long as it is within the first 30 days, I will resend your letter to the new address up to one month back, (one letter). Please use the "Contact Us" tab and use the subject line:

“PLEASE HELP MISTYPED ADDRESS".

Please note: If it has been over 30 days, then I cannot send out a new letter.

Payment/Billing/Cancellations

It's quick and easy! You may change your payment method by logging into your account. If you need help, I am more than happy to help however I can!

Absolutely! You may log into your account to cancel your subscription at any time. If cancelled, you will receive an email stating that your account has been cancelled. You may also log in to see if your account is active or cancelled.

Should you need help with your cancellation, please reach out to me, as I am here to help.

If your recurring payment has not been successful, you will receive an email notifying you that we attempted to process the payment but it could not be completed.

We have established a grace period of three days, allowing you to make your payment without risking the cancellation of your letter subscription.

If payment is not received by the end of this grace period, we regret to inform you that your subscription will be canceled. Should you decide to resubscribe, please be aware that your letters will start over, as if it were a new subscription. While we wish we could provide a solution, unfortunately, we are unable to prorate subscriptions.
