You will receive a total of 12 letters, distributed as 2 letters per month, over the course of the next 6 months. Once this initial 6-month period concludes, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional term, delivering the final 12 letters at the same rate of 2 letters per month.
 
You have the option to cancel your 6-month subscription, however, please be aware that refunds are not available. If you choose the bi-monthly payment option, you will still be charged for the entire 6-month subscription, but your subscription will terminate once the 6 months are up, and your card will not incur any further charges.
 
For example: If you bought your bi-annual subscription in January and chose to cancel it in April, you won't receive a refund for the months of April, May, and June. Your subscription will remain active, and you will continue to receive your letters during those last months, completing the total of 12 letters in the 6-month subscription. However, your subscription will not be renewed for the subsequent 6 months (July to December).

You may log into your account to cancel your bi-annual subscription at any time. You will receive an email stating that your account has been cancelled. You may also log in to see if your account is active or cancelled.​
